My Journey

My path to founding The Founders Edge has been shaped by both professional achievements and profound personal challenges. As a sales leader and entrepreneur, I've built and scaled successful businesses across multiple industries, consistently delivering outstanding results through innovative strategies and a deep understanding of what drives business growth.

At Furniture Lab, I became a top sales representative and million-dollar producer, growing revenue in the Mid-Atlantic region by $1.35 million—a 4x increase over the previous year. As a consultant at PSA Restaurant Group, I helped restaurants throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic improve their bottom lines by maximizing profits and creating operational efficiencies.

As the founder and CEO of VX Sales Solutions, I led the company to profitability in its first year, focusing on maximizing my team's potential and promoting four individuals into leadership positions. Throughout my career, I've demonstrated the ability to innovate, adapt, and succeed in diverse business environments.

However, my professional journey has been profoundly influenced by personal experience. The loss of my 15-year-old son to suicide became a defining moment that has driven me to be the best version of myself and to lead with purpose and compassion. This tragedy has deepened my commitment to making a meaningful impact through my work, helping entrepreneurs build businesses that not only succeed financially but also create positive change in the world.

Today, at The Founders Edge, I combine my business expertise with my passion for helping others succeed. I believe that by empowering entrepreneurs with the right strategies, tools, and mindset, we can build businesses that thrive while making a difference.
